This great value tour has it all - awesome rides, beautiful beaches and plenty of cultural sites.
You will ride along the famous 'Silver Coast' of Portugal and visit the pretty medieval village of Obidos, stop in Fatima, one of the most important pilgrimage places for the Catholic world and gaze in wonder at the impressive 15th century Batalha monastery (a UNESCO World Heritage site). Then you will cycle through the very different landscape of the Serra de Aire e Candeeiros Natural Park, a range of limestone hills to the north of Lisbon.
This tour is classified as 'intermediate' you will cycle a total of 240km with the longest day being 61km & is offered in conjunction with A2Z adventures.

Itinerary
Day 1 – morning transfer from Lisbon airport to Obidos. Lunch in Obidos followed by a guided tour of this pretty medieval village, after dinner why not have a peaceful walk along the walls of the village? Overnight Obidos.
Day 2 – today's destination is the fishing village of Nazare, the place to go for fresh seafood. The route to Nazare takes us along the Atlantic coast and through some of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal, 45km. Overnight Obidos.
Day 3 – the ride today is an easy one! Mostly flat, it will take us along the coast to Praia da Vieira, a small town with a never ending white sand beach,50km. Overnight Praia da Vieira.
Day 4 – we start riding inland, towards Batalha. In the town we will visit the impressive Batalha monastery, built in both Gothic and Manueline styles. Overnight Batalha.
Day 5 – today there is a circular ride through Serra de Aire e Candeeiros Natural Park, an amazing limestone range known for its huge caves. Midway we will visit Fatima's sanctuary, one of the most important pilgrimage sites, 61km. Overnight Batalha (free night for dinner).
Day 6 – the last day of riding will again take us through the Serra de Aires e Candeeiros Natural Park, where will visit the Algar do Pena cave ending at Rio Maior famous for its unique salt production fields which are 30km away from the sea, 44km (van transfer to Obidos). Overnight Obidos.
Day 7 – transfer after breakfast to Lisbon airport.
